The building’s island location has dictated its unusual design — a triangular shape ranging from six to thirteen storeys.

Plymouth Grove now provides accommodation for junior doctors, nurses and other key workers plus the city’s growing student population. At street level it provides retail and office accommodation creating a thriving community in a previously deserted district.
