Scope of Works:

This is the fifth project that Laing O'Rourke and MIB Panablok have collaborated on.

MIB Panablok infill to concrete frame 11 storey, 584-bed hotel in the City of London, adjacent to Fenchurch Street Station (in places, only metres from the railway track).

Ancillary facilities include reception, café, restaurant and bar and ground level; meeting rooms at first floor level; and further meeting rooms and bar at rooftop level, where there is a glazed ‘Skylounge’, which offers views over the Tower of London and the financial district. The basement comprises back of house staff facilities, plantrooms and car parking.
